We are an IT company focused on building powerful products and tailored solutions. To deepen our domain expertise, we are looking to collaborate with experienced Industry Consultants who can guide us with real-world insights, workflows, and evolving industry needs.

The Role:

Guide the development of fintech, lending, and financial workflow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide insights into lending processes, risk evaluation, and compliance
  2. Help design CRM and loan management systems
  3. Validate financial workflows and reporting tools
  4. Suggest automation for approvals, collections, and customer journeys
  5. Ensure regulatory alignment

What We're Looking For:

  1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  2. 5+ years in banking, NBFC, or financial services
  3. Strong understanding of lending lifecycle
