We are now building out our sales and marketing function — and we are looking for someone who understands digital marketing, paid acquisition, and lead generation well enough to own it end to end.
The Role:
You will own digital marketing and paid acquisition for Entexis — driving qualified leads for both our products and our services business. This is not a content-only or social-media-only role. You will plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta. You will work closely with the leadership team to align marketing spend with business goals.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales. You will not just generate traffic — you will generate pipeline. If you have run campaigns where you can point to the revenue they produced, not just the clicks, this role is for you.
Experience Required: 3–5 years in digital marketing with demonstrated PPC campaign management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- PPC Campaign Management — Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to maximise ROI.
- Lead Generation & Funnel Optimisation — Build and manage lead generation funnels from ad click to qualified lead. Set up landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion tracking. Own the entire top-of-funnel pipeline.
- SEO & Content Distribution — Work with the content team to ensure blog posts, case studies, and landing pages rank for target keywords. Manage on-page SEO, keyword research, and content distribution strategy.
- Analytics & Reporting — Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific dashboards. Report weekly on spend, leads generated, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution.
- Email Marketing & Nurture Campaigns — Set up and manage email sequences for lead nurturing, product announcements, and re-engagement. Segment audiences and personalise outreach based on behaviour and intent.
- Social Media & Brand Presence — Manage Entexis social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and relevant platforms. Create and schedule posts that position Entexis as a domain-led technology company.
- Sales Enablement — Create sales collateral, pitch decks, and one-pagers that the team can use in client conversations. Align marketing messaging with what actually closes deals.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on PPC/paid acquisition
- Proven track record of managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads campaigns with measurable ROI
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals — keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content strategy
- Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar)
- Ability to write clear, persuasive ad copy and landing page content
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing or technology services marketing is a strong plus
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management workflows
- Self-starter who can own the function end to end — not someone who needs a 10-person team to execute
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
